Polycom Trio 8500 can only be used with Polycom Trio 8500 Software 5.5.2 Rev AC and newer releases.Only use software version 6.2.0 or later when pairing Polycom Trio VisualPro or RealPresence Group Series 310 and 500 systems with Polycom Trio 85 systems versions 5.7.2AB or later. Your RealPresence Group Series system must also be hardware version 20 or later.Before upgrading your Microsoft environment Polycom Trio 8500 system to version 5.9.1 Rev AA or later, see the Technical Advisory for specific changes and actions required. These changes affect Polycom Trio 8500 systems registered for Skype for Business accounts. Microsoft has announced changes related to the Microsoft Online device registration requirement.To comply with the California SB-327 password mandate, Poly Trio systems configured with the factory default administrator password which are updated to Poly Trio Software UCS 5.9.2 Rev AA or higher will require the administrator password to be changed to a unique password after the update.
